INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 kg. (3 pounds) mixed season fruits
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
5 tbsp thick yogurt
Honey to taste
Ground cinnamon, dried nuts (optional)

DIRECTIONS
For the sauce: Squeeze 1/2 cup fresh orange juice, pour into a medium bowl.
Add yogurt on top.
Mix then beat until smooth.
Add honey to taste, depending on how sweet fruits are, beat again.
I usually start by adding 2-3 tbsp honey.
Wash the fruits, remove stem, any brown edges and seeds, peel if desired.
Cut into bite size pieces and transfer into a big bowl.
Repeat with remaining fruits, mix.
Drizzle the sauce over fruits, toss until coated.
Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey, if it's not sweet enough.
Clean the rim of the bowl with paper towels.
Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
Spoon into serving bowls and garnish as desired.
You can top with chopped nuts or ground cinnamon, if desired.
It tastes so light and refreshing!
