Sponsored by Hair FoodEasy Baked Pears with Mascarpone CreamINGREDIENTS3 Bartlett pears2 tablespoons butter1/2 cup honey8 ounces mascarpone cheese8 ounces heavy whipping cream2 teaspoons vanilla extract2 tablespoons pistachios1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spicesSTEPS1. Preheat the over to 350°F.2. Cut the pears in half and remove pits. Place in a baking dish. Place half teaspoon of butter in the center of each pear and generously drizzle with honey (or agave). Bake for 30-35 min.3. With a hand mixer whip the heavy cream up until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla and the mascarpone. With a wooden spoon slowly mix everything.4.
