Easy Bombil Chilly Recipe Chef Archana

Bombay Duck is popularly known as Bombil. It is cooked & relished across coastal regions. Previously, all dried fish & seafood especially dried bombil was cooked during the heavy monsoon season but now it is cooked throughout the year. Today chef Archana is showing you how to make a Bombil Chilly recipe. This is an easy & tasty recipe that can be made quickly.

Ingredients
2-3 tbsp Cornflour
4 tbsp All Purpose Flour
Salt (as per taste)
tsp Black Pepper Powder
tsp Seasoning Cubes (crushed)
1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
Water (as required)
Oil (for shallow frying)
15-20 Bombay Duck (clean & washed)
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic (chopped)
4 Green Chillies (slit)
cup Spring Onion Bulbs (chopped)
tsp Black Pepper Powder
tsp Seasoning Cubes (crushed)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
Salt (as per taste)
2 Green Capsicum (sliced)
Spring Onion Greens (chopped)
