1 Tsp Urad Dal
1/2 Cumin Seeds
1/8 Tsp Asafoetida
1 Green Chili
1 Tsp Ginger
1 Sprig Curry Leaves
1 Med. Onion
1 Carrot
5 Beans
1 Capsicum
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Oil
Salt
