Burnt Basque Cheese Cake

----- Ingredients :
2 cups cream cheese
1 cup yogurt
cup cream
cup flour
cup cornflour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
tea spoon vanilla essence
Orange zest
Oil
Baking paper
Strawberry Compote
----- Method :
Step 1 : In the mixer jar take cream cheese, yogurt, cream, flour, cornflour, sugar, eggs, vanilla essence & orange zest and grind.
Step 1 : Take a baking dish and brush with oil
Step 1 : Put a baking paper inside the baking dish and pour the cake batter
Step 1 : Bake in preheated oven @180 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour
