Easy Coconut Shrimp + Tips & Dipping Sauce Recipe!

How to get that coconut to STICK! Plus, a 2 ingredient sweet & spicy dipping sauce.

Ingredients:
1 dozen wild caught shrimp
1/2 c unbleached flour + salt/pepper
1 egg white
1 1/2 c shredded coconut {sweetened/unsweetened, up to you}
Oil, canola/veggie/peanut {I used grape seed}
Dipping Sauce:
1/4 c orange marmalade
1/2-1 tb chili sauce
