INGREDIENTS
Samak Rice Kheer
300 ml Toned Milk
40 gm Samak rice
10-12 Black currant
2 tbsp Almond meal (powdered almonds)
25 gm Sugar
tsp Cardamom powder (Choti eliachi)
1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 tbsp Watermelon seeds
1 tbsp Sesame seeds (til seeds)
tsp Ghee
1 tsp Kewra water


Carrot Paneer Ladoo
750 gm Carrot Grated
150 gm Paneer Grated
80 gm Khansari Sugar
2 tbsp Almonds Roasted
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Ghee (for raosting almonds and til seeds)
2 tbsp Sesame seeds Til
3 tbsp Dry Coconut powder
Lauki Chia Seeds Kheer
300 gm Lauki
600 ml milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp kishmish
2 tbsp mixed nuts chopped
tsp Cardamom powder optional

Paneer Coconut Burfi
100 gm homemade low-fat paneer
100 gm fresh coconut
100 gm jaggery
tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp chopped nuts and pista for garnishing optional
Silver wark optional
Sabudana kheer
cup sabudana
3 cup 750 ml milk
70 gm jaggery
8-10 kishmish or raisins
tsp cardamom powder
Chopped almonds and pista for garnishing
