Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Aloo (Potatoes) peeled 6 medium
-Boiling water as required
-Namak (Salt) tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) Cup
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp
-Sugar 1 & tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Chaat masala tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-Cut potatoes into large pieces.
-In boiling water,add potatoes,salt,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & boil on medium flame for 7-8 minutes then strain & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic paste & mix well.
-Add tamarind pulp,coriander seeds,turmeric powder,sugar,red chilli powder,salt,chaat masala, cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,orange food color,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add boiled potatoes,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

-Aloo ko large pieces mein cut ker lein.
-Boiling water mein aloo aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per 7-8 minutes kliya boil ker lein phir strain ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Imli pulp,sabut dhania,haldi powder,cheeni,lal mirch powder,namak,chaat masala,zeera,lal mirch crushed aur zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Boiled aloo dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
