Here's very simple and easy low-carb salmon spread recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 cups salmon
- 250g cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-1/4 cup chopped green pimento olives
- Salt & pepper to taste
