We are making delicious cheesecake quick as lightning! It has a soft texture similar to Bavarian cream so you should enjoy it in a cup with a spoon.

How to make Easy No-Bake Cheesecake

80g Fresh Cheese or substitute: cottage cheese or cream cheese (2.8 oz)
100ml Heavy Cream, 36% fat (3.4 fl oz)
60g Condensed Milk, sweetened (2.1 oz)
2 tbsp Milk
35ml Lemon Juice (1.2 fl oz)

6 Cookies
Icing Sugar
Dried Cranberries, sweetened
