Pakora is the most favorite tea time snack, loved by one and all. Pakoras are made with different ingredients, and each of them just as delicious as others. So today Sneha Nair will show us how to make yummilicious Pakora with Dates and Cashews! So be ready to learn amazingly delicious dates and cashew pakora.

Ingredients:
- 400gms of flour
- 1/4th freshly desiccated coconut
- 2 eggs
- ½ ltr of milk
- 1 tsp salt
- Ghee
- Coconut Oil
- dates
- cashew

Method:
- Add together flour, coconut, eggs, and milk and mix them together and add salt and ghee and the batter is ready
-In a pan, add coconut oil, and then slit the dates in between and add one cashew in between, replacing the date seed with cashew
- Dip the dates into the batter and then put it into the pan of oil.
- Fry them until they turn brown and are cooked properly
The dates and cashew pakora are ready to be served!
