Truly a quick easy and simple tea time potato snack recipe by Food Fusion. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #digitalammi #araywahh #PotatoSnacks Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3sSWzT6Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Aloo (Potato) boiled 1 large -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups-Sooji (Semolina) Cup-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 2 tsp-Chaat masala 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Ajwain (Carom seeds) tsp-Safed til (Sesame seeds) 2 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs-Ghee (Clarified butter) melted 3-4 tbs-Warm water Cup or as required-Cooking oil 1 tbs -Cooking oil for frying-Chaat masala Directions:-In a bowl,add potato & mash well with the help of masher.-Add all-purpose flour,semolina,red chilli crushed,chaat masala,salt,carom seeds,sesame seeds,fresh coriander,clarified butter & mix well until it crumbles. -Gradually add warm water,mix well & knead until medium hard dough is formed.-Grease dough with cooking oil,cover & let it rest for 5-10 minutes.-Take a small part of dough & cut it randomly into strips shape with the help of scissor.-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on low flame until golden brown & crispy.-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 week.-Sprinkle chaat masala & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Aloo (Potato) boiled 1 large -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups-Sooji (Semolina) Cup-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 2 tsp-Chaat masala 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Ajwain (Carom seeds) tsp-Safed til (Sesame seeds) 2 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs-Ghee (Clarified butter) melted 3-4 tbs-Warm water Cup or as required-Cooking oil 1 tbs -Cooking oil for frying-Chaat masala Directions:-Bowl mein aloo dal dein aur masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.-Maida,sooji,lal mirch crushed,chaat masala,namak,ajwain,safed til,hara dhania uar ghee dal dein aur crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker medium hard dough tayyar ker lein.-Dough ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 5-10 minutes kliya chor dein.-Chota dough lein aur scissor ki madad sa randomly strips shape mein cut ker lein.-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden brown & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.-Airtight jar mein 1 week kliya store ker saktay han.-Chaat masala dal ker serve karein!
