Dissole sugar in water and add it in flour to make a stiff dough ( tight not loose..then doesnt mean dough has to be dry)Next heat oil for frying.Take small portion of dough and flatten it out to desired thickeness. Cut it into small squares and fry them until they are golden brown ( on medium heat)Let them cool down completely and then store in an airtight container.
