cup Sprouted Mung Beans
cup Red Onion diced
cup Tomato diced
cup Cucumber diced
1 Green Chili Pepper diced, optional
cup Avocado chopped
1 teaspoon Lime juice
1 tablespoon Cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon Peanuts chopped
Spices
teaspoon Black salt (Kala namak) optional
teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder or another mild red chili powder, adjust to taste
teaspoon Chaat Masala
teaspoon Dry Mango powder (Amchur) or replace with more lime juice
Salt to taste
