Mix well. Season steak liberally with spice blend. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. When skillet is very hot, add steak and sear for 1-2 minutes per side (depending on how well done you like your steak). Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside. In the same skillet, heat a little more oil and add peppers and onions. Season with remaining spice blend and cook for 4-5 minutes or until they are softened.
