Rice flour - 1/2 cup5. Kuzhambu chilli powder - 1 tsp6. Turmeric - 1/4 tsp7. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp8. cumin powder - 1tsp9. Carom seeds (Omam) - 1/4 tsp10. Salt - 2tsp or to taste11. Water - 1 cup or as requiredFor Chutney:12. Mint leaves - 2 handful13. Green chillies - 3 or 414. Ginger - 1 inch piece 15. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp16. Salt - 1 tsp 17. Oil - for fryingTIPS:1. Prepare the chutney just before making the pakoras/bajjis as otherwise, the chutney will release water and become dark in colour. 2. Add or reduce green chillies based on your requirement. You could reduce the chillies if kids will be consuming the bread paneer pakora/bajji. 3. The batter should not be runny. Ensure it is a bit thick as shown in the video. 4.
