A lot of store bought sauces contain high sugar and salt meaning a healthy vegetable curry can turn into an unhealthy dinner pretty quick. This Tikka Masala contains a lot of spices but if relatively easy once you have them. making enough for 2 days means dinner the next day will be even easier though.
