Hara Tuvar/Pigeon Peas:- 1 cup
Green Peas:- 1 Cup
Oil:- 1 tablespoon
Asafoetida/Hing:- 1/4 teaspoon
Cooking soda:- 1/4th teaspoon
Green chilli paste:- 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste:- 1/2 tablespoon
Grated coconut:- 3 teaspoons
Sesame seeds:- 1 spoon
Salt to taste
Cashew nuts:- 3 tablespoons
Raisins:- 2 tablespoons
Sugar:- 1/2 tablespoon
Garam masala:- 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice:- 1 tablespoon
Finely chopped coriander:- 1/4th tablespoon
Green garlic:- 3 tablespoons
Oil for frying the kachori

For the dough
Maida/Refined flour:- 1 cup
Wheat Flour/Atta:- 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Lemon juice:- 1/2 teaspoon
Melted ghee:- 2 tablespoons
Water as required
