Allow it to thicken.In a food processor, blend the onion, dried chives, and pecans until they form a chunky texture.Add the almond feta, soy sauce, maple syrup, flax mixture, breadcrumbs, oats, and nutritional yeast. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth.Place the mixture in the fridge for 1-2 hours to allow it to thicken.Sausage Rolls:Cut a thawed sheet of puff pastry in half and spread the mixture down the middle.Roll the pastry and seal it with plant-based milk.Cut the rolled pastry into your desired sized pieces, brush them with plant-based milk, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.Bake at 200C for approximately 20 minutes, or until the rolls turn a golden brown colour.
