There are so many dishes, but one of my favourite dishes that I love eating is the Szechuan spicy boiled fish (水煮鱼). It is just so delicious and spicy and numbing that it's so hard to resist! Out of all the dishes (Szechuan spicy boiled fish, chicken feet, sweet and sour cabbage, devils taro spicy duck, Bangbangji, and Beijing duck) the Szechuan spicy boiled fish was the best!
