Egg Curry Recipe Chettinad Stye | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Egg Masala
Ingredients:
Eggs(Boiled) - 3
Onions(chopped) - 2
Tomatoes(chopped) - 2
Pepper - 1 tsp
Red Chillies(Gundu) - 5
Dry Coconut - 1 tb spn
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Cardamom - 2
Black Cardamom - 1
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon stick - ½ stick
Oil - 3 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Bay leaf - 1
Green Chillies - 4
Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Onion(chopped) - 2
Salt - As Requires
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Water - As required

Method;
Heat a pan, Add a tsp Coriander seeds
Add 2 tsp Pepper
Add 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Add 1 tsp Fennel seeds
Add 5 Gundu Chillies
Add 2 Cardamom
Add 1 Black Cardamom
Add ½ inch Cinnamon Stick
Add 2 Cloves
Add Dry Coconut
Dry Roast This Chettinad Masala on a low flame
Grind it into fine powder
In pan, Add 3 tsp Oil
Add 1 tsp Mustard seeds
Add 1 Bay Leaf
Add 4 Sliced Green Chillies
Add 1 Sprig Curry Leaves
Add 1 tsp Turmeric
Add 1 chopped Onion
Saute it for a minute
Ádd required amount of salt
Add 2 Chopped Tomatoes
Add 1 tsp of Chilli Powder
Add Water & mix well
Cook Closed for 7-8 minutes
Add 1 tb spn of Freshly Grounded Chettinad Masala
