Egg Curry With Milk | పాలతో ఎగ్ కర్రీ చేస్తే

Egg Curry with Milk is a simple and easy recipe that goes well with Rori, tasty, and a quick one to make with simple ingredients available at home. Delicious and healthy as well as it is cooked with Milk.

Total Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:
Eggs : 5 No's
Milk : 400 Ml
Oil : 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Onions : 3 No's finely chopped
Turmeric Powder : 1/2 Teaspoon
Green Chilies : 2 No's slit
Chili Powder : 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt : 1 Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves : a few strands finely chopped for garnishing

Method Of Preparation:

Take a thick bottomed vessel/pan, heat 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Oil, and heat it.
Add 3 finely chopped Onions till a change in color with a lid on it.
Fry them until brown, add 1/2 a teaspoon of Turmeric Powder and 2 Green Chilies slit.
Add 1 1/2 Teaspoon of Chili Powder, 1 teaspoon of Sal or as needed.
Then, add 400 Ml of Milk and bring it to a boil and mix them all.
taste, and adjust Salt and Chili Powder according to or taste.
Now, lower the flame , and add Egg one after the other with some gaps between each Egg.
Place a lid and cook it for 5 minutes, check if the eggs are moistened well.
Cook well till Eggs is well cooked.
Now, flip turn the Eggs slowly and cook on the other side as well.
Cook it till moisture evaporates, and garnish it with some Coriander Leaves.
Tasty Egg Curry with Milk is ready.
