egg fried rice in 2 minutes by Cooking with Asifa.
Ingredients:
Eggs x2
Salt 2 pinch
Black pepper 2 pinch
Crushed Carrot x1
Crushed Capsicum x1
Crushed Cabbage x1
Green chillies x3
Salt 1/3tsp
Black Pepper 1/3 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce1 tbsp
Boiled rice 250g
Recipe:
Fry two eggs with two pinch salt & pepper in a pan.
Keep on stirring spoon.
Add carrot, capsicum, cabbage and few green chillies.
Cook it for few minutes.
add salt 1/3 tsp & black pepper 1/3 tsp, vinegar 1 tbsp, soy sauce 1 tbsp, chilli sauce 1 tbsp. Stir it.Add boiled rice and cook for few more minutes and your dish is ready.
