Egg White Korma

Ingredients:
Oil 1/2 cup + 1/2 cup
Eggs (boiled) 9-10
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Garlic cloves 5
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Green chilies (sliced) 4
Yogurt 1 cup
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp + 1 tsp
Black cardamom 3
Green cardamom 3
Cinnamon stick 2
Cream 1 cup
Butter 3-4 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
Green chilies (sliced) for garnishing
Green coriander (chopped) for garnishing

Directions:
1. In a pot heat oil and add onion. Cook until translucent. Add cumin seeds, garlic, green chilies and cook for a few seconds.
2. Take the boiled eggs and place crisscross cuts on them. Set aside.
3. Add yogurt, white pepper powder, salt, garam masala powder and mix it well. Remove the pot from the stove and blend this mixture into a puree.
4. In a pot heat oil and black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon sticks and cook for a few seconds.
5. Add the blended mixture and cook for 1-2 mins. Add water, cream and cook for 3-4 mins.
6. Add boiled eggs and give it a good mix. Add garam masala powder and cook for a few seconds.
7. Lastly add green chilies, green coriander and mix it well. Add butter and cook until butter melts.
8. Dish it out, garnish it with green chilies, green coriander and serve.
9. Your Egg White Korma is ready.
