Egg Omelet Curry - Cooked by Ritu Banerjee

Ingredients :
2 Eggs made into omelets
3 Medium sized tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 Big size onion, finely chopped
2 Medium size potatoes
1 inch ginger
5 to 6 cloves of garlic
2 green chillies
2 cardamom pods
2 cloves
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
Salt as required
Oil
Water
