Ingredients for Egg Toast
4 slices of bread, 2 eggs, 2 slices of cheese, strawberry jam, parsley powder

Directions of Egg Toast Recipe
1) Press a hole in the center of the slice of bread with the rim of a glass or a biscuit cutter
2) Heat a pan and toast a slice of bread until golden brown on both sides
3) Oil a frying pan and place the piece of bread with a hole
4) Crack the egg straight into the center of the hole and cook over medium-low heat
5) Lift bread slightly with a spatula to get oil below bread and be careful not to burn
6) Sprinkle parsley powder over the egg and cook the egg to your taste. I like soft-boiled egg.
7) Put the first toasted bread, spread strawberry jam and a slice of cheese
8) Top with the second toasted bread, perfect and enjoy it
