No Egg Turkish Pudding With Chocolate Sauce! The Original Recipe Has..

Turkish pudding with chocolate sauce! It has no egg, simple ingredients, and a different easy technique that gives rich flavor and texture. The original recipe has chicken breast but we will do a fake version with a similar result!
Ingredients for fake chicken breast pudding with chocolate sauce:
For the base:
100gr. butter
1 cup flour
1 liter of whole milk
1 cup or less sugar
1 pack of vanilla powder
For the chocolate topping
1+1/2 tbsp (fairly heaped) flour
1 tbsp corn starch
3 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups milk
1/2 cup water
25-50gr bittersweet chocolate (optional)
4-5 pieces of ice cubes
To decorate: cocoa powder
