This is specially for the vegetarians – cupcakes made without eggsEGGLESS CHOCOLATE CUPCAKESIngredients190 grams refined flour (maida)35 grams cocoa powder200 grams powdered sugar1 teaspoon baking soda117 ml oil1 tablespoon white vinegar1 teaspoon vanilla essence½ teaspoon saltIcing sugar for dustingMethod1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.2. Sieve flour, cocoa powder and baking soda into a bowl. 3. Put 235 ml water, oil, vinegar and vanilla essence in another bowl and mix. 4. Add salt to the flour mixture and mix well. 5. Add powdered sugar and water-oil mixture to the flour mixture and whisk well with an electric blender.6. Fill silicon cupcake moulds with this batter, place the moulds on a baking tray. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.7. Demould and place the cupcakes on a serving plate.
