1 Cup (200 gms) Sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
2/3 Cup (150 ml) Milk
1/2 Cup (113 gms) Butter

Step:2
Chocolate Milk Preparation
25 gms Dark Chocolate
2/3 Cup (150 ml) Milk (Hot)
1/3 Cup (75ml) Heavy Cream
2/3 Cups (200 ml) Condensed Milk

Step : 3 Chocolate Ganache & Chocolate Mousse
60 gms Chocolate
1 Cup (30 ml + 220 ml)Whipping Cream
