Butter [मक्खन] - 70 gms
Sugar Powder [चीनी पाउडर] - 60 gms
All-Purpose Flour [मैदा] - 120 gms
Milk [दूध] - 2-3 tbsp (or as required)
Custard Powder [कस्टर्ड पाउडर] - 1.5 tbsp
Baking Powder [बेकिंग पाउडर] - 1/2 tsp
Pistachio [पिस्ता] - 1 tsp
Cashews [काजू] - 1 tsp
Rose Water [गुलाब जल] - 1/4 tsp
Pistachio [पिस्ता] - for garnishing

Steps for Cashew Pistachio Biscuits Recipe are:

- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 150º C.
- In a bowl, add butter and sugar powder. Mix it using a whisker.
- Place a sieve over the bowl. Add all-purpose flour, custard powder, and baking powder in it. Filter them in the bowl.
- Then add pistachios and cashews too. Mix everything properly.
- Add rose water and mix again. Then add milk gradually and keep mixing. The mixture will be in a dough-like texture after this.
- Roll the dough in an elongated shape and then wrap it in a plastic sheet. Freeze it overnight.
- The next morning remove the dough and cut them into pieces. Place them on the baking tray and sprinkle some chopped pistachios.
- Place it in the oven. and bake it for 12 minutes at 150º C.
- Kaju Pista Cookies are ready to eat.
