Ingredients:
Cook - Eggplant with onions, cilantro, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, chile cascabel or cayenne pepper, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

For the salsa: Boiled some tomatillos then blend them with garlic, chile de arbol and salt.
