For best results use #FalakRice #FoodFusion #happycookingtoyou #digitalammi #EidMubarakWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/3UQJTFYVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also follow @HealthyFoodFusion & @FoodFusionKids for healthy food & kids' special recipes.00:00 Eid Special Moti Biryani00:14 Prepare Biriyani Rice00:50 Prepare Meatballs01:43 Prepare Biryani Masala01:28 Prepare GravyServes 5-6 Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Falak Extreme Basmati Rice 500g-Water as required-Boiling water as required-Falak Pink salt 1 & tsp -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1-Podina (Mint leaves) 2 tbsPrepare Meatballs:-Boneless chicken cubes 500g-Pyaz (Onion) fried 2-3 tbs-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4-Falak Pink Salt tsp or to taste-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp-Falak Black pepper fine ground 1 tsp-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful-Cooking oil 3-4 tbsPrepare Biryani Masala:-Tez patta (Bay leaves) small 2-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1-Laung (Cloves) 5-6 -Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2-3-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 2-Shahi zeera (Caraway seeds) 1 tsp-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1 tsp-Aloo bukhara (Dried plums) 2-3-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & tsp or to taste -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & tsp-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & tsp-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) tsp-Falak Pink salt tsp or to taste-Javitri powder (Mace powder) tsp-Cooking oil 1 tbs-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 10-12-Kishmish (Raisins) 2-3 tbs-Ghee (Clarified butter) Cup-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2-3 medium-Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 2 medium-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & tbs-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 & tbs-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup-Lemon juice 2 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1-2 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) tsp or as required-Biryani essence tsp substitute: kewra essence-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1-2 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1-2 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) choppedDirections:-In a bowl,add rice,water,wash thoroughly & soak for 30 minutes then strain soaked rice & set aside.-In boiling water,add pink salt,cumin seeds,black cardamom,mint leaves & mix well.-Add soaked rice,mix well & boil until 3/4th done (5-6 minutes) then strain & set aside.Prepare Meatballs:-In a chopper,add chicken,fried onion,green chillies,pink salt,coriander powder,cumin powder,black pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,fresh coriander & chop well.-Grease hands with oil,take small quantity of mixture (10g) & make small meatballs of equal sizes. -In a frying pan,add cooking oil & fry meatballs on medium flame until golden & set aside (makes 52).Prepare Biryani Masala:-In a jar,add bay leaves,green cardamom,black cardamom,cloves,cinnamon sticks,star anise,caraway seeds,black peppercorns,dried plums,red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,nutmeg powder,pink salt,mace powder,cover & shake well.Biryani masala is ready!-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,cashew nuts,raisins & fry until golden & set aside.-In a pot,add clarified ghee & let it melt.-Add onion & fry on medium flame until light golden.-Add tomatoes,ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.-Add yogurt,prepared biryani masala,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates (2-3 minutes). -Add fried meatballs,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.-Add lemon juice,fresh coriander,mint leaves,green chillies,fried nuts,boiled rice,orange food color, biryani essence,mint leaves,fresh coriander,green chillies,fried nuts & clarified butter,cover with kitchen cloth & lid and steam cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!
