Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Sawaiyan:
-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee 2 tbs
-Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) crushed 150g
-Olpers Milk 1 & litre
-Sugar Cup or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Kishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) sliced 1 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 1 tbs
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Olpers Milk Cup
-Chuwaray (Dry dates) boiled 14-15
-Sugar 2 tbs
-Hot water Cup
Assembling:
-Pound cake cubes
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
-Kishmish (Raisins)
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Red tutti frutti as required
-Green tutti frutti as required

Directions:
Prepare Sawaiyan:
-In a frying pan,add desi ghee & let it melt.
-Add vermicelli,fry on low flame for 3-4 minutes & set aside.
-In a wok,add milk, sugar,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add fried vermicelli,mix well & cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
-Add cardamom powder,raisins,almonds,pistachios,mix well & cook for a minute.
-In milk,add cornflour & whisk well.
-Now add dissolved cornflour,mix well & cook until it thickens.
-Let it cool at room temperature.
-Deseed boiled dry dates,chop well & set aside.
-In a dressing bottle,add sugar,hot water,shake well & set aside.
Assembling:
-In a serving dish,add plain cake cubes,drizzle prepared sugar syrup,chopped dried dates, almonds,raisins, pistachios,red tutti frutti,green tutti frutti,prepared sawaiyan & spread evenly.
-Garnish with chopped dry dates,almonds,pistachios,red tutti frutti,dry dates,pistachios & serve chilled!

-Frying pan mein desi ghee dal ker nelt ker lein.
-Sawaiyan dal ker halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein doodh aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur uabl anay dein.
-Fried sawaiyan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Elaichi powder,kishmish,badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Doodh mein cornflour dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Room temperature per thanda ker lein.
-Boiled chuwaray ko deseed ker ka ache tarhan chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Dressing bottle mein cheeni aur garam pani dal ker ache tarhan shake ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Serving dish mein plain cake cubes,tayyar sheera,chopped chuwaray,badam,kishmish,pista,red tutti frutti,green tutti frutti aur tayyar sawaiyan dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Chopped chuwaray,badam,pista,red tutti frutti,chuwaray aur pista sa garnish ker lein aur thanda serve karein!
