Ekwang or Ekpang Nkwkwo is incredibly delicious! Eaten in both Cameroon and Nigeria, it is a meal made up of grated cocoyams (taro) wrapped in cocoyam leaves (taro leaves) then cooked with red palm oil and other ingredients. It has a rich flavor and hands down one of my favorite meals in the whole world!
