4-6个青辣椒 4-6 green peppers

猪肉糜 200克Minced pork 200 g

酱料材料Sauce ingredients
泡冬菇的水 1/2杯 Water(from soaking the mushrooms earlier)1/2 cup
酱油1茶匙Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
糖1茶匙Sugar 1 teaspoon
料酒1汤匙 Cooking wine 1 tbsp
豆豉碎末 1/2茶匙(自选)Chopped preserved black bean(optional)1/2 teaspoon
