1 lb of rice flour
1/2 lb of corn flour
1.8kg of turnip
Cooking oil
2 Chinese sausage
1/2 strip of Chinese cured pork
4 shiitake mushroom
100g rehydrated dried shrimp
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp sugar
sesame seed
2 Chinese celery
Chinese coriander and spring onion
9 cups (2034ml) of water (including turnip juice)
