Ingredients for Onion Cheese Pakora:
All Purpose Flour 1 cup
Onion (sliced) 2 cups
Green coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
Gram flour 1/2 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1tsp
Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese (Blocks) 1 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Water (as required)
Oil (for frying)
Ingredients for Aloo Palak Pakora:
Spinach 1 cup
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Potatoes (julienne) 1 cup
Gram Flour 1 cup
Green Chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Water as required
Ingredients for Daal pakora:
Yellow Lentils (soaked) 2 cups
Green chilies 3-4
Ginger pods 2
Garlic Cloves 2-3
Green Coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
Red Chili powder 1 tbsp
turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1tsp / to taste
Water as required
Oil (for frying)
Ingredients for Potato Pakora
All Purpose Flour 1 cup
Gram Flour 1 cup
Red Chili Flakes 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Directions for onion cheese pakora:
1- in a bowl add, all-purpose flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chili sauce, salt, onion, green chili, and coriander, and mix it well.
2- now take the prepared mixture, put the mozzarella cheese block in it, and covered it with the prepared mixture.
3- deep fry it until golden brown.
4- your onion cheese pakora is ready to serve.
Directions for Aloo Palak pakora:
1- in a bowl add spinach, onion, potatoes, gram flour, green chilies, coriander powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, turmeric, salt, and water and mix it well.
2- deep fry it in preheated oil until gets golden brown.
3- your palak pakora is ready to serve.
Directions for Moong Daal Pakora Preparation:
In a blender add yellow lentils, green chilies, green coriander, garlic pods, ginger cloves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt, and mix it well. Add water and form a
thick batter.
2. Now take a spoonful of this mixture and deep fry until golden brown and fully
done.
3. Your Daal Pakora is ready.
Directions for Potato Pakora Preparation:
1. In a bowl add all-purpose flour, gram flour, onion, potatoes, red chili flakes, spinach, green chilies, gram flour, red chili powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, and salt, and mix it well. Add water and form a thick runny batter.
2. Now take slices of potatoes and dip them in the prepared batter and deep fry until golden brown and fully done.
3. Your Potato Pakora is ready.
