EP5 Review: Ninja Foodi Multi Cooker OP350. Juicy sous vide chicken breast!

This episode is dedicated to my Coach Aqilah at 1 Habit who has been coaching me on fitness and health and food.

So Foodi Multi Cooker OP350 has 3 additional functions compared to the OP300. These functions are: dehydrate, yogurt and sous vide.

This episode I am testing out the sous vide function on chicken breast and WOW. I am so impressed by how well this turned out! The chicken breasts were tender and still so juicy, and the herbs gave a lot of flavour without adding too many calories. LOVE IT!

Sous vide may be a long cooking process, because we are cooking at a low temperature for a longer time. But its really worth and pretty much hands off once you get the chicken in. Plus, you can sous vide a bunch at once (just make sure everything is submerged) and you can keep the cooked sous vide chicken in the fridge for future meals. Very convenient!

Let me know what else you want me to sous vide using this Ninja Foodie Multi Cookier!
