Prepare everything. Wash and chop potatoes, beans, onion, garlic and ginger2. Heat Oil and fry mustard and cumin seeds3. Add onion, ginger and garlic. Mix well and add salt, chilli powder and turmeric.4. After frying for 2-3 mins, add pickled onions5. Mix well and add potatoes. Let potatoes cook for 5 mins6. Add beans. Mix well. Cover the pot and let cok for 5-6 mins until beans are tender7. Add tomatoes. Mix well and let the dish cook further for 5 mins8. When potatoes are almost done, add curry powder, half cup water and further cook until potatoes are fully done. 9. Garnish with cilantro and serve with Vegan naan.
