Preparation time: 7 to 8 hrs for soaking chickpeas, 5 minutes other preparation
Cook time : 5 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
Chickpeas(kabuli chana):1 cup(soaked)
Onion:1(small)
Green chilly:3(as per taste)
Ginger:1 inch
Garlic:5 to6 cloves
Coriander leaves
Coriander powder:1/2tsp
Cumin seeds:1/2 tsp
Baking soda: pinch of
Salt as per taste
Besan:2 tbsp(for binding )
Oil for frying
