Falafel Recipe (Vegetarian Kofta Balls From Chickpeas)

This Falafel Recipes is very easy to make and has healthy vegetarian ingredients. I love it so much that I make big batches and put some in the freezer after shaping to keep in hand.

Ingredients for falafel:
1/2 cup soaked chickpeas from overnight
1 cup cooked chickpeas, drained well ( you may use canned)
1 medium onion
1/4 bunch of parsley
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste as you wish
About 3 tbsp or little more all purpose flour
Vegetable oil to fry
To serve:
Lettuce and parsley leaves
Lemon vegges
