FARALI CHEELA

Ingredients

1 cups amaranth flour (rajgire ka atta)
2 tsps ginger green chilli paste
2-3 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
Rock salt to taste
cup roasted peanut powder
2 medium potatoes, grated
Oil for drizzling
Coconut chutney for serving

Method

1. Take amaranth flour in a bowl, add ginger- green chilli paste, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, rock salt, peanut powder, potatoes and 2 cups water.
2. Heat a nonstick pan and add a spoonful of batter, drizzle oil and cook on both the sides till golden brown in colour.
3. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
