Boondi is sweet item. Its is a yummy Indian delicacy used to make during all festivals like Diwali , Dusera and marriages. It is also used as a Prasad in temples, specially in Hanuman Mandir. Please follow me to prepare these delicious boondi.

Ingredients
------------------
200 gm sugar(चीनी)
200 gm Besan(gram flour)(बेसन)
200 ml vegetable oil (रिफाइंड तेल)

Optional:
10-12 almonds(बादाम)
½ tablespoon Elaichi (cardamom) powder(हरी इलायची)

 Method to prepare ::

For making Batter -
First take a bowl and put Gram Flour in it. Only add water and mix it well. And also there should be no lumps in the batter. It should have flow consistency. Make sure that batter is neither thick nor thin. Now cover it and leave the batter for 10 min.

For making sugar syrup –
Take a pan and put it on the Gas. Put 1 Bowl of Sugar & 1/2 bowl water. Mix it well till sugar gets completely dissolved and water gets boiled. Now put Green Cardamon powder for flavor.

Now after 10 min take the batter and mix it well. Now for making Boodi keep a pan on a gas and put oil in it. Check the oil is heated or not. Once oil becomes hot then with the help of Grater pour the batter in hot oil. Flame should be medium. Don't fry it for long, once boondi seems to be crispy take it out and keep it on tissue paper to absorb extra oil. Then dip the fried boondi in the sugar syrup.

Keep it for 25-30 minutes in sugar syrup. After half an hour boondi absorbs the syrup. Now take it out and serve in the plate. Now our Boondi is ready.
