Fish Kabab

Ingredients:
Boneless Fish Fillets 1 kg
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
Carom seeds 1 tsp
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Green coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Onion (finely chopped) 1/2 cup
Garlic (finely chopped) 1 tsp
Ginger (finely chopped) 1 tsp
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tsp
Boiled potatoes (shredded) 1/2 cup

Directions:
1. In a chopper add fish fillets and chop them well until minced.
2. Now transfer the minced fish into a bowl and add salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, red chili flakes, chaat masala, garam masala powder, coriander seeds crushed, carom seeds and mix them well.
3. Add bread crumbs, boiled potatoes, onion, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, green coriander, green chilies and bind them together.
4. Now make small round kabab shapes from the mixture.
5. Fry these kababs until fully done and golden brown from each side.
6. Your Fish Kabab are ready to serve.
