After falling in love with local dates from my mosque visit (see the first episode, link below), I had to go get myself some to bring back home!! So after a bit of googling I found a local market. I didn't know anything about this market, and I had imagined a market much like something I would find in Thailand...but what I found BLEW me away!! This was a world-class market. The fish section was so pristinely clean and organized, not even the slightest smell of fish which means everything is so fresh. Produce was kept entirely separated from the meats and fish for maximum cleanliness.
