Do give it a try and let us know how you like it. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3RZmfaCRecipe in English:Ingredients:-Hot sauce 3 tbs-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & tbs-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste-Chicken powder tbs (optional)-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp-Paprika powder 1 tsp-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) tsp-Adrak powder (Ginger powder) tsp-Onion powder 1 tsp-Orange food color 1 pinch-Boneless fish fillets 1 kg-Maida (All-purpose flour) Cup-Cornflour Cup-Himalayan pink salt tsp-Paprika powder tsp-Anda (Egg) 1-Water 1 Cup -Maida 1 Cup or as required-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required-Cooking oil for frying Directions:-In a dish,add hot sauce,vinegar,pink salt,chicken powder,black pepper powder,garlic powder,paprika powder,white pepper powder,ginger powder,onion powder,orange food color & mix well.-Add fish fillets & mix well.-Put the fish fillets in a large zip lock bag,seal properly & flatten with the help of meat mallet & freeze for 24 hours.-Remove zip lock bag & cut into desired shape.-In a dish,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,pink salt,paprika powder,egg,water & whisk well.-Coat frozen fish nuggets with all-purpose flour than dip into liquid flour mixture & coat with breadcrumbs (makes 26-28). -Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry frozen nuggets on medium low flame until golden & crispy.-Serve with French fries,tomato ketchup & garlic dip!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Hot sauce 3 tbs-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & tbs-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste-Chicken powder tbs (optional)-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp-Paprika powder 1 tsp-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) tsp-Adrak powder (Ginger powder) tsp-Onion powder 1 tsp-Orange food color 1 pinch-Boneless fish fillets 1 kg-Maida (All-purpose flour) Cup-Cornflour Cup-Himalayan pink salt tsp-Paprika powder tsp-Anda (Egg) 1-Water 1 Cup -Maida 1 Cup or as required-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required-Cooking oil for frying Directions:-Dish mein hot sauce,sirka,pink salt,chicken powder,kali mirch powder,lehsan powder,paprika powder,safed mirch powder,adrak powder,onion powder aur orange food color dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Fish fillets dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Fish fillets ko large zip lock bag mein dal ker properly seal ker lein & meat mallet ki madad sa flatten kernay ka bad 24 hours kliya freeze ker lein.-Zip lock bag ko remover karein aur desired shape mein cut ker lein.-Dish mein maida,cornflour,pink salr,paprika powder,anda aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Frozen fish nuggets ko maida mein coat karein phir liquid flour mixture mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs sa coat ker lein (makes 26-28).-Airtight container mein dal ker 1 month kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur frozen nuggets ko darmiyani halki ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.-French fries,tomato ketchup & garlic dip ka saath serve karein!
