FIVE SPICE FISH STIR FRYIngredients1½ tablespoons five-spice powder2 fish fillets, cut into cubesSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste1 tablespoon lemon juice1 lemon1 tablespoon sesame oil¼ teaspoon chopped ginger1-2 fresh red chillies, diagonally sliced1 tablespoon soy sauce1 tablespoon oyster sauce¼ cup chopped spring onion greens Method1. Take fish in a bowl. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon five-spice powder, mix and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.2. Slice lemon.3. Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan. Add ginger and red chillies and sauté for 30 seconds. Add marinated fish and toss to mix on high heat.4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and remaining five-spice powder and toss to mix.5. Switch off heat, add sliced lemon and toss to mix. Add spring onion greens and toss to mix.6.
