The 5th edition of Saveur dEspagne (Flavors of Spain) was recently held in Casablanca, from November 21st to the 23rd. For the first time, a tapas competition was held during this edition, and five of the most well-known restaurants in Casablanca participated: Tiki Tapas, The Tavern of Dauphin, La Bodega, Casa Jose, and Don Lucas.
