INGREDIENTS
1. Flox Seeds - 1 Cup
2. Dried Chillies - 10
3. Curry Leaves - 1 Cup
4. Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
5. Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 Teaspoon
6. Coriander Seeds - 2 Tablespoons
7. Garlic Cloves - 10
8. Tamarind - 20-30 Grams
9. Salt - 1 1/2 Teaspoon

It is important to include flox seeds in our diet.
Easting a spoon of flox seeds daily will be beneficial to our health.
This powder could be mixed with rice or spread on chepathi. Easting a spoon of flox seeds daily would be recommended.
Flox seeds need to be fried first.
Heat pan
Add flox seeds
Fry on medium flame till they give out a nice aroma
Move them into a plate and let them cool down
Fry 2 tablespoons coriander seeds
Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds and fry
Oil could be added if desired
Fry them and move them into a plate
Fry dried chillies
As dried chillies start to change colour, add curry leaves and fry
Add garlic cloves, tamarind and fry
Cut off the stove and let the mixture cool down
Add previously fried ingredients to a mixie jar, add 1 1/2 teaspoon salt or salt to taste and powder it.
Serve with rice, idly, dosa or chepathi
