We'll give you a behind-the-scenes look at our best shows, take you inside our favorite restaurant and be your resource in the kitchen to make sure every meal is a 10/10!Flourless Chocolate Mug CakeTotal: 10 minActive: 5 minYield: 1 servingLevel: EasyIngredients1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil2 large eggs2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup or agave2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract1/4 cup natural cocoa powderPinch of sea salt1/4 cup walnut pieces, finely chopped4 dark chocolate chipsFresh fruit, for serving, if desiredDirectionsPut the coconut oil in a medium bowl. (If it's solid, microwave if first for a few seconds to melt.) Whisk in the eggs, maple syrup or agave and vanilla until smooth. Add the cocoa powder and salt and whisk again until completely smooth. Stir in the nuts and chocolate chips. Scrape the batter into a 12-ounce (or larger) ceramic coffee mug. Microwave on high until the cake is cooked through and peeks over the rim of the mug, about 80 seconds. (Every microwave is different, so watch it as it cooks.).
